Riegel Federal Credit Union offers loans secured by the funds in your share savings account. A separate share savings account is required and will be established when the loan is funded.
How It Works
Share Secured Loans work much like a traditional personal loan, but typically offer a lower interest rate because the loan is secured by funds in your savings account.
Although the funds securing the loan are held in your savings account, they continue to earn dividends. As you repay the loan, the amount of funds held as collateral is gradually released.
